Pre-Meeting Management
Much of the planning for a successful event occurs on the front-end. We ask the right questions in order to provide several options to consider as we partner with you during the pre-meeting stage.

Meeting Registration
We offer several methods of registering including:

  • phone calls
  • intuitive, online registration

Weekly registration reports are provided from our Meeting Planning Department so that you can track the progress in real time. We will also provide reporting that compares current pick up to history.

On-Site Meeting Management
Our meeting managers will provide comprehensive on-site meeting management, acting as the liaison between your organization and the hotel staff. Heading off any incidents before they happen, attendees will remember the important aspects of the event like the educational and networking components.
