By using Premier, hotel representatives are provided with a central point of contact, which is crucial in maintaining a quality image for association management companies and corporations who have several people planning meetings. It is also more efficient when dealing with RFP's and contract approvals to ensure timely and accurate processes.

After a client's meeting, Premier collects a financial impact report from the hotel. Data listed in this report includes the actual number of guest rooms used, the average daily room rate and the total amount of food and beverage that was consumed. This information is essential when negotiating future contracts. It also assists the client when budgeting for future meetings.
