PHILADELPHIA, NOVEMBER 2011 - Philadelphia based Premier Meeting Solutions announced that Monica Mobley, CMP has been named Managing Director of this full-service meetings management company. Ms. Mobley will be responsible for overseeing all operations with a focus on hotel site selection, contract negotiations and client and hotel relationship management.

"Ms. Mobley's wide-ranging experience in meetings management, marketing, contract negotiation and organizational management makes her a valuable addition to our team," said Premier Meeting Solutions President Taylor Fernley. Monica Mobley takes on the role of Managing Director for Premier Meeting Solutions while maintaining her position as Meeting Planning Department Manager for Fernley & Fernley, an affiliate company. Ms. Mobley joined Fernley & Fernley in 2008 as a Senior Meeting Manager to lead several high-profile association meetings. With more than 10 years of hospitality industry experience, she previously worked for Embassy Suites Hotel, Philadelphia, ASTM International, the Greater Philadelphia Tourism Marketing Corporation, the Greater Philadelphia Hotel Association and the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority.

"Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with our hotel partners is a top priority for me in this new position," said Ms. Mobley. "Combining the needs of our clients with an in-depth knowledge of the factors that motivate hotels during contract negotiations will result in a win-win situation for all."

Ms. Mobley earned an MBA from Drexel University after receiving her Bachelor's Degree in history from Spelman College. She is an active member of the Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA).
